The incident happened at Knocknahowla near Ballinclashet.
Emergency services responded to a road collision in Cork overnight.
Fire crews along with gardai responded to the call out at quarter to 8 last night and had the scene under control by 20 to 10.
An ambulance crew was also on scene to provide medical assistance.
