It comes as Irish vessel the LÉ Samuel Beckett will leave Haulbowline this morning to take over refugee rescue missions in the Mediterranean from LÉ Niamh.
On his way into last night's talks, Taoiseach Enda Kenny said the government is trying to facilitate refugees, while tackling our own housing crisis:
