Event's Against Suicide highlights services available nationwide
It's Ok not to feel Ok - that's according to Cycle Against Suicide's new initiative.
That's the message from "Events against Suicide" which is running nationwide in conjunction with World Suicide Prevention Week from the 5th to the 11th of September.
The initiative aims to highlight the support systems available to people who are battling depression, self harm, are at risk of suicide or have been bereaved by suicide.
On Leeside a 5Km Run for life will take place on Tuesday 6th September from the Blackrock Scout Hall.
Speaking to RedFM news Cycle Against Suicide founder Jim Breen says its the initiative highlights the services available to people:
