Expressions of interest in €90m office block plan

An application for a major office development in the city centre is being submitted to Cork City Council today.
The proposal by developers O'Callaghan Properties would see the building of a 360,000 square foot complex on Albert Quay.
The €90 million project consists of four separate buildings of 5 and 6 storeys and if given the green light, it's expected the facility would create 350 construction jobs.
Speaking to RedFM News, Developer Owen O'Callaghan says there have been expressions of interest in locating in the complex if it goes head:
