Farmers Picket Three Meat Processing Plants In Cork Today

Farmers are maintaining their blockade of the ABP plant in Bandon and are also protesting outside Dawn Meats in Charleville and Kepac in Watergrasshill.
The action comes as the Agriculture Minister is urged to bring forward talks to resolve the long-running dispute to this afternoon.
Yesterday, Micheal Creed said he will facilitate talks on Monday, and will be in touch with stakeholders.
But Independent TD Michael Fitzmaurice says there's no time like the present as there appears to be a real will across all sides to find a resolution:
