FBI apologises following Florida school shooting

They were told by someone close to Nikolas Cruz that he was a "potential threat to life", but it wasn't followed up.

The US state's governor has called on the director of the FBI to resign after it emerged the agency was specifically warned about suspect Nikolas Cruz's behaviour.
Former neighbour Brody Speno says the 19 year old was always violent.
