Feelgood Friday Kicks Off Today In Cork City
A new initiative is being launched in the city later today that will aim to give consumers in the city 'that Friday feeling'.
Known as Feelgood Friday, the project gets underway this afternoon and hopes to create a festival like atmosphere with free events, live music and late openings on offer for shoppers.
The initiative is being run by Cork Business Association in conjunction with Cork City Council, Cork's RedFM and the Evening Echo.
Speaking to RedFM News, Lawrence Owens of the Cork Business Association outlines what people can expected from the event:
