Flood alert issued for Cork city
Cork City Council has issued a flood alert for the next four days. The council says a tidal surge & strong winds will increase water levels and its warning of flooding in low lying parts of the city centre. Householders and businesses are being urged to take the usual precautionary measures to protect their property. The next high tide is at 6.12pm
