Forbes Magazine To Host '30 Under 30' Initiative In Limerick

An article published by the magazine last Friday was widely criticised for its depiction of Limerick city.
Mayor Michael Collins wrote to it's Chief Content Editor after an article published last Friday branded Limerick a 'warzone.'
The piece, which was outlining the lives of billionaires John and Patrick Collison, was removed shortly afterward as it failed to meet Forbes standards.
The Mayor says he got a response from the magazine's Editor, Randall Lane, yesterday:
"So a very positive outcome from what was, I suppose, a very negative and disastrous publication a week ago today. So I wrote to Randall Lane on Monday, and we got a very positive response yesterday from his office saying that he'd like to travel to Limerick when COVID restrictions allow. He's offered to set up an initiative called '30 Under 30' where we would celebrate 30 entrepreneurs from Limerick."
