His daughter Molly has suffered ill health since receiving the vaccine.
It follows comments made by HSE Director Tony O'Brien who referred to parents who are refusing to vaccinate their daughters as "emotional terrorists".
Speaking to RedFM news Jack & Jills Jonathan Irwin says the HSE must supply parents with all of the information on the vaccine.
