Funding approved for upgrade of Curaheen Bridge

The Transport Minister has announced the allocation of funding for Curaheen Bridge in Bishopstown.
It is one of five bridges acround the country which has been identified as critically deficient and in need of repair
A total of €324 million has been unveiled under this round of funding for regional and local roads
Minister Shane Ross says the priority this year, continues to be the maintenance of the existing road network which will enhance safety and support job growth in local areas.
