Garda Top Level Management Did Not Move Quickly Enough At Templemore

Garda HR says questions must be asked over length of time taken to report financial irregularities at Templemore.
The Garda's head of human resources says the top level of management in the Gardai did not move quickly to resolve the financial irregularities at the training college in Templemore.
The Public Accounts Committee has also heard from the head of internal audit that information was withheld from him as he tried to investigate.
Niall Kelly says he was thwarted by the office of the director of finance, a former deputy commissioner and the college itself.
And HR boss John Barrett says the response of senior management was not sufficient:
