Gardaí acknowledge huge level of compliance and social responsibility by people celebrating St Patrick's Day
In an update this morning, Garda Press say officers in the City engaged with a number of groups including people in The Lough area.
A number of fines will be issued for breaches of travel restrictions and house parties over the coming days.
A significant Garda operation was implemented yesterday in support of the current Public Health Regulations and Guidelines.
Hundreds gathered at parks and locations around the city yesterday, despite pleas from Gardaí and health officials.
