Gardai and HSA probe fatal workplace accident in Lissarda
A 19 year-old from Ballincollig died in the accident at the Eirebloc factory
Two separate investigations are underway into a workplace accident in Cork which claimed the life of a teenage boy.
19 year old Olan Kiese from Innishmore in Ballincollig was working at the Eirebloc pallet factory in Lissarda outside Macroom when the accident happened yesterday morning.
Olan, a a student at Limerick Institute of Technology was working in the factory during mid-term break and was stacking moulding forms when the accident happened.
