Gardaí appeal for witnesses following hit and run in Cork

The incident happened last month in the county.

Gardaí have appealed for witnesses to a hit and run which happened last month in West Cork.

The road traffic collision happened in Lyre near Clonakilty on Friday 18th March at 8.50am.  

The incident which resulted in injury took place at Ballycummer Creamery, Knockskeagh. 

Gardai are now seeking a light blue Toyota Corolla hatchback, believed to be a 01 to 04 model, which left the scene of the incident. 

It's understood there could be damage to the driver's front side of the vehicle as well as wing, grill and possibly more of the Toyota.
