The incident happened at the beginning of the month
Over 100 people with family members buried at the cemetery on the northern outskirts of the city attended a meeting yesterday at the Commons Hotel, calling on the council to install CCTV cameras in the area.
It's estimated that €16,000 worth of damage was done to headstones, ornaments, and flowers.
A GoFundMe page has been set up in an effort to raise funds for the damage caused.
Gardai are asking anyone with any information pertaining to the attacks to contact Mayfied Garda Station on 021 455 8510.
