Gardaí have been called to two housing estates Leeside where water protesters are blocking Irish Water staff from metering their properties.
Up to 15 residents are protesting in St Ann's park in Turner's Cross, and on Pearse Road in Ballyphehane up to 10 residents have formed a blockade across the stop-cock valves on their properties.
It's the latest in a series of protests against the fee Leeside where demonstrators have vowed to continue their campaign against the fee.
Speaking to RedFM News protester Brian Gould says it's calm in both housing estates at the moment - but that could all change if Irish Water staff attempt to carry out metering:
