Gardai in Cobh identify teenagers by Facebook footage

Gardai in Cobh say they have identified the culprits involved in a series of unprovoked attacks in the town.
A video was uploaded showing one teenager from a group attacking another teenager and knocking him to the ground, where he proceeded to kick the young man in the face.
Concerns had been raised that the teenagers involved would not be held responsible for their actions.
However, Gardai say they are investigating the matter fully, and have issued an appeal to anyone who may have been the victim of a similar attack, to come forward.
Speaking on the Neil Prendeville Show on Cork's RedFM Ciara Leonardi Roche from Cobh says the teenagers should be made to volunteer in the town:
