Gardaí launch investigation after one-punch attack on Grand Parade
The incident happened on the Grand Parade shortly after 3am yesterday morning.
Gardaí have launched an investigation after a one punch attack in the city in the early hours of Bank Holiday Monday.
It's understood a man in his 30s was assaulted on the Grand Parade shortly after 3am yesterday morning.
He was taken by ambulance to Cork University Hospital where his condition is described as non-life threatening.
The scene was preserved yesterday and gardaí are following a definite line of inquiry.
