Gardai re-issue appeal for witnesses following fatal shooting in Blackpool

Former chief of staff of the Real IRA Aidan O'Driscoll was shot three times last Wednesday evening
A fresh witness appeal has been issued by Gardaí investigating the murder of Aidan O'Driscoll in Blackpool last week.
The former chief of staff of the Real IRA was shot three times as he walked along the Commons Road last Wednesday evening
It's understood two men were involved in the attack and fled the scene on foot towards Great William O’Brien Street where they took off in a Nissan Almera which is believed to be the first of three getaway cars.
