Gardai to control capacity at beaches this weekend
Gardai are warning people that they will be controlling capacity at beaches across Cork again this weekend.
The advice from Gardai is that if beaches are busy, go to a quiter one or vist a different amenity
The Echo reports that Gardai in West Cork turned people back from Garretstown, Sandycove and the Dock beach in Kinsale last Sunday due to traffic concerns and whether or not an emergency vehicle could get through if they were needed to respond to an incident
Gardai say a similar operation will be in place this weekend to control capacity at beaches.
