Gardaí to take industrial action

Rank and file Gardaí say they're angry and have no option but to take industrial action.
The Garda Representative Association - which has 10,500 members - says this will include "a unilateral withdrawal of services" on the 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th of November.
The move follows the union's rejection of new pay proposals negotiated with the Department of Justice.
The Tánaiste and Minister for Justice Francis Fitzgerald says she's disappointed.
