Google builds "self-driving car"
The future is (nearly) here folks, nervous drivers and lazy people rejoice! There's a little-known tech company known as Google over in the States which has developed and built the self-driving car that we've all been dreaming of since first seeing KITT in Knight Rider. I don't actually have a link to their website just now, I'll have to google it... here it is! www.google.ie [caption id="attachment_16418" align="aligncenter" width="300"] someday...[/caption] This new car has removed all the pesky unnecessary things in cars like pedals. And the steering wheel. All their fancy sensors, doodads and whatnot have removed the need for such pleasantries. It'll still be a long way off before these cars are dropping us off to the shops but it's a sign of things to come! Check out the video below and you can find more information here.
