Government Described As "Fiasco Factory" For Handling Of Re-Opening Of Outdoor Dining

It comes after Gardaí were told to use discretion when it comes to outdoor drinking and legal issues around licensing
Taoiseach Micheál Martin says legislation will be brought forward shortly to address the issue:
"I agree with the Deputy that this is something that has to be dealt with quickly, and it will be dealt with quickly. The Minister of Justice will be introducing a measure that will rectify this and regulate it appropriately, and deal with the issues that have arisen as I've said. This has to be done very quickly."
