Government urged to address housing crisis

The Taoiseach says he accepts the homeless crisis needs to be tackled with urgency - but that homes cannot be found overnight. It's after the Barnardos children's charity blamed rising rents for the problem of families being forced into unsuitable, emergency accomodation.
