GRA call for all Cork Garda Stations to have access to PULSE

The Garda Representative Association are calling for all Garda stations in Cork to have access to the PULSE system.
It comes as figures show almost a third of rural Garda stations across the county are currently without the system, which is used on a daily basis to upload information on ongoing investigations and incidents.
The GRA says a lack of investment in upgrading these stations leaves the area vulnerable, particularly as the majority of stations without the system are in rural areas of East and West Cork.
There have been calls for the issue to be tackled under the Garda Siochana Modernisation and Renewal Programme 2016-2021.
Speaking to RedFM News GRA Cork representative Garda Michael Corcoran says minimal investment would be needed to connect the remaining 24 stations to the PULSE network:
