Green light for €125m city centre office development
Planners have given the green light to a major city centre office development
The €125 million Penrose Dock proposal by John Cleary Developments will see a 250,000 sq ft development on a 1.8 acre site on Penrose Quay
Penrose Dock will face south on to the river and will retain the historic quayside Penrose House
250 people will be employed on the site during the build and it will take 18 months to complete.
