Hairdressers are warning the black market is booming with people desperate to get their hair done
The Tánaiste has said personal services like hairdressers won’t be allowed to reopen at the beginning of next month.
Dylan Bradshaw, the owner and creative director of Dylan Bradshaw, says it’s frustrating:
"We have outstanding bills, we run a large operation ourselves but as an industry, it's dying. But here's the problem as well- it's booming the black market because people are desperate."
