Half of 18-24 year olds have considered emigration

Over a quarter of Irish households have seen a close family member emigrate in the last two years. That's according to a new report which has also found that 50 percent of 18 to 24 year olds have considered leaving the country. While in the last four years, over 300,000 people have emigrated from Ireland, four out of ten of them were aged between 15 and 24.
