Halloween Festival for Shandon to be launched

A new three day Halloween festival which will replace the Dragon of Shandon Parade is being launched by the Lord Mayor later today... Last week organisers announced the temporary axing of the hugely popular Parade this year as organisers prepare to expand the festival next year.. However they say the move was necessary as they work on putting together an annual three day community event.. Next years three day event will run from October 29th to 31st..
