Head Of HSE Says It Is "Gaining Momentum" In Rebuilding Healthcare IT Systems

Paul Reid has warned it'll be some time yet before the benefits are seen and that the risk-level remains high
It's been confirmed the data of around 520 patients was leaked on the dark web two weeks ago.
Stephen McMahon from the Irish Patients Association says it's a very upsetting situation:
"For patients that may be anxious that their private records may be published it is equally as concerning and frightening for them because there could be details in a record that they wouldn't want other family members, or whoever, to be aware of - whatever it is that they are being treated with in a private capacity. I mean this is the worst disaster that ever hit the Irish healthcare system."
