Health Minister issues stark warning to HSE following memo

The Health Minister has issued a stark warning to the HSE following the release of an embarassing memo.
"It better not happen again" was the message following the memo, which suggested staff could use minimal force to remove people from hospital beds after they'd been formally discharged.
The H-S-E's Director General Tony O'Brien has apologised for the memo which was prepared by the organisation's office of legal services.
Minister Simon Harris says the memo was utterly offensive and he wants no repeat of it:
