High numbers of people in employment are still living in poverty
That's according to Social Justice Ireland who are concerned about the gap between the minimum wage and the Living Wage
It warns there are hundreds of thousands of people at work who are unable to achieve a decent standard of living.
Economic and Social Analyst Eamon Murphy says the Government needs to be aware that many of the new jobs being created are low-paid.
