Homeless Crisis Described as National Scandal By Fianna Fail

The government's failure to deliver housing is a national scandal, according to the Fianna Fáil leader.

Micheal Martin has accused Fine Gael of responding to the homelessness crisis with spin, bluster and failed policies. 

The Taoiseach and Housing Minister are attending a summit of all local council CEOs to discuss the problem this afternoon.
