A homeless man who told UK police he helped in the aftermath of the Manchester Arena bombing has been jailed for over four years for stealing from victims.
33 year old Chris Parker was initially hailed a hero following the attack last May - with more than 50-thousand euro raised to help him as a result.
But CCTV told a different story.
