A homeless man who jumped into the River Lee over the weekend has been receiving psychiatric treatment. The 35-year-old prompted a full-scale search and rescue operation before being coaxed from a hiding place under Parnell Bridge. AUDIO: Jennifer Ryan reports for RedFM News.
