Homophobic bullying remains a problem in many schools and workplaces. Earlier this year, two lesbians were awarded damages after they were harrassed by colleagues in a Cork city fast food outlet. Cork Pride Week is celebrating 20 years since homosexuality was decriminalised and Cork's RedFM is running a week long series of lunchtime reports on what it means to be gay in Cork.
