House prices continue to rise Leeside
New figures from Daft.ie show the average price outside Dublin rose nationwide by 3.9%.
House prices are continuing to rise across the city and county.
That's according to the latest figures from Daft.ie which show a drop in the asking price for house in Dublin for the third quarter of this year.
However, outside of the capital the average price rose nationwide by 3.9% to just over €205,000,
