House Prices Continued To Rise Across Cork In 2018

That's according to the Irish Independent, which has published its annual list of property prices

According to the study, prices in Cork City Centre increased by 5% over the past 12 months, largely due to a number of new office schemes.

A 3-bed semi-detached house in the city centre now costs an average 286,000, which is up from 272,000 this time last year. That figure is expected to break 300,000 in 2019.

In the west city suburbs such as Bishopstown, Wilton, and Model farm Road, property prices have risen by 8% in the past year and are expected to rise by another 8% in 2019.

Finally in the North County such as Mallow, Charleville, and Buttevant, prises have risen by 6%, with many owners coming out of negative equity.
