House Prices Continue To Rise Across Cork

House prices nationally have risen by more than €2,000 a month over the last 12 months according to a new study.
The latest Daft House Price Report shows that the average asking price in the second quarter of the year was 240,000 euro that's over 11 percent higher than the same time last year.
Meanwhile the average house price in Cork city has risen by 2% in last three months and by 4.8% in the county
The average three-bed semi is €142,500 in the county and €311,000 in the city.
