House prices in Cork continue to rise
A new report is predicting house prices in Cork will rise by 12% this year.
The forecast by Davy research also expects Ireland will become Europe's fastest growing economy this year, at 5%.
Employment growth is being put at 2.8%.
Report author Conall MacCoille says the lack of supply in the housing market could eventually hold back the economy:
