House prices on the rise Leeside
The average house price in Cork City rose by 1.7% and now costs just over €261,000.
House prices have increased across the country.
The latest Daft.ie House Price Report shows they rose by 2.5 per cent nationally during the first three months of the year.
Daft.ie report author Ronan Lyons says the cost of a home is also up for the country compared to a year ago.
