House Prices On The Rise Leeside

There's been a 7% increase in Cork since the end of 2018
The latest Daft.ie House Price Report shows they've gone up by 8 percent in Cork city during the first three months of this year, while there's been a 6.3 percent rise in the county.
House prices have gone up nationally by 2.9 per cent.
The average cost of a home in Cork at the start of 2019 was almost 255 thousand euro, 6 thousand below the national average
Daft.ie spokesperson Martin Clancy says prices are up in all the major cities:
