Housing Bubble Hasn't Returned But Prices Are Rising

Ireland isn't back in the housing bubble, but prices are rising rapidly.

The latest report from property website DAFT claims the average home now costs 240-thousand Euro.

That means an extra 2-thousand Euro is being added on to the usual sale price every month.

Leeside the average three-bed semi is €142,500 in the county and  €311,000 in the city.
