Housing Minister To Announce New Affordable Mortgage Scheme
The Housing Minister is going to announce a new affordable mortgage scheme later.
It should help people buy their first home with lower interest rates than they'd get in the main banks.
Borrowers will be able to purchase properties worth up to €320,000 - even if they've already been refused a home loan.
Minister Eoghan Murphy will have the details when he meets with local authorities later to discuss the housing crisis.
