HSA investigating two seperate workplace deaths

A man has died in a farming accident in Co. Wexford.

The Health and Safety Authority says the incident, involving a tractor, happened this morning on a farm in Adamstown in New Ross.

Elsewhere, the HSA is investigating after a man died in a workplace accident in Co. Monaghan.

It's believed that the 74 year old fell from a height at the Corby Rock Mill, at around 10 o'clock this morning.

Gardai say the man was taken to Cavan General Hospital, where he later died.

No foul play is suspected.
