HSE & GAA team up to combat stress

The HSE and the GAA have joined forces in Cork to help people tackle stress.
The Cork Beats Stress initiative is the first of its kind to deliver a psychological service through a large sporting organisation.
So far it has been delivered to almost 1000 people across the county, and will be run in Clonakilty GAA club, and Sarsfields Hurling Club in March.
The course is free and open to anyone who is currently experiencing stress, or those who are just interested in learning how to manage stress better.
