HSE executives to address overcrowding issue and flu outbreak

It follows the situation in ED's yesterday where trolley numbers hit record levels.
677 patients were waiting for a bed at hospitals around the country.
Today 592 people are waiting on trolleys according to the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation.
Here in Cork 28 are awaiting a bed in Cork University Hospital, 11 in the Mercy Uiversity Hospital and five in Bantry General Hospital.
General Secretary of the INMO, Phil Ni Hay says there are measures that can ease the crisis.
