Hundreds Of 'At Risk' Children Not Properly Followed Up By Social Services In Cork

A report by Emily Logan's office into HSE services in the North Lee area found that social worker teams were not responding adequately - or in good time - to protect vulnerable children. In some cases it took months to respond, even though the children were considered in high risk situations. Audio: Emily Logan says lessons must be learned.
