Hundreds of children send paintings to Cork City Hospital after appeal to help brighten up vaccination centre

The South Infirmary put out the appeal on social media and have received artwork from children from as far away as New Zealand.
The request has proved so popular that the hospital is going to award prizes for different ages groups.
Children are being encouraged to send their A4 masterpieces with their name, age and contact details on a separate page.
The closing date for applications is the 19th of March.
